This practical course gives you the confidence and skills to use Microsoft 365's most important tools effectively in a corporate environment. Whether you are new to M365 or looking to sharpen your existing skills, this course covers everything from email and calendar management in Outlook to team collaboration in Microsoft Teams, cloud file management with OneDrive and SharePoint, and productivity tips for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What You Will Learn

  • Navigate the Microsoft 365 application suite and understand how each app connects to the others
  • Manage email professionally in Outlook — signatures, rules, out-of-office replies, and the Focused Inbox
  • Schedule meetings, book rooms, and manage recurring appointments using the Outlook Calendar

Course Structure

The course is divided into four chapters:

  1. Chapter 1: Microsoft 365 Overview & Outlook — Suite orientation, email essentials, and calendar management
  2. Chapter 2: Teams & Collaboration — Teams basics, channels and chat, meetings and video calls
  3. Chapter 3: OneDrive, SharePoint & Office Apps — File storage, co-authoring, and productivity tips for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  4. Chapter 4: Final Assessment & Certificate — Course review, final exam, and your completion certificate

Assessment

Each lesson includes a knowledge-check quiz (30% of your grade). A 10-question final exam at the end of the course counts for 70% of your grade. A score of 70% or higher across both components earns your completion certificate.
